New Clinic Location Opening Early July 2025

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is excited to announce that our Oak Park clinic is moving to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the Galewood neighborhood of Chicago.

Starting July 7, 2025, all appointments previously scheduled at our Oak Park location (610 S. Maple Avenue) will take place at our new office (corner of North & Harlem):

New Location:

1625 N. Harlem Avenue
Chicago, IL 60707

The new Galewood clinic is located just north of Oak Park, offering easy access for our current patients.

What you need to know:

  • No action is required on your end.
  • Your appointment will be automatically transferred to the new location.
  • You will receive an updated appointment confirmation email with the new address and details.
  • Convenient surface-level parking is available for all patients and visitors.
  • If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please call us at 877-632-6637.

About the new facility

Our new clinic will be part of Rush's brand-new, 60,000-square-foot outpatient center at North and Harlem — a three-story, modern medical facility built to increase access to high-quality care for northwest Chicago and nearby suburbs like Oak Park, River Forest, and Elmwood Park.

The Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush clinic within this center will feature:

  • 12 exam rooms designed for efficiency and comfort
  • 3 clinician support areas to ensure seamless patient flow
  • 2 radiology rooms and 1 fluoroscopy room for diagnostic imaging
  • A dedicated cast room for fracture care and post-operative needs
  • On-site durable medical equipment (DME) services for bracing and orthopaedic supports
  • Adjacent and easy surface-level parking for a stress-free arrival

Please note: This location will not include advanced imaging or physical therapy services. For those services, patients will be referred to nearby MOR or Rush locations as appropriate.
