Join Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush surgeon Dr. Brian Cole as he talks about "Sparing the Scalpel: A Surgeon's Perspective on the Future of Orthopedic Medicine" as part of "Seize the Future," a TEDxRushU 2016 event organized by Rush University Medical Center graduate students. This online 'think tank' will also feature other bright minds who will converge to inspire us on other topics, including the futures of farming, religion, architecture and relationships. In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading,"
TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. TEDxRushU strives to re-create the unique experience found at TED, where the world's leaders, thinkers and doers congregate to share what they are most passionate about.
Scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 1 to 5 p.m., at the Searle Auditorium, 1653 W. Congress Pkwy, Chicago, the TEDxRushU 2016 event is open to the public (on a first come basis). Visit tedxrushu.strikingly.com for more information and how to register.
