Anna Nelsen, PT, DPT, COMT, cert. DN

Anna Nelsen is a physical therapist with certifications in manual therapy (COMT) and dry needling (cert DN). She graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, in 2006 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. After graduating, Anna moved to Florida, where she practiced in skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics, and acute care settings for ten years. 

While in Florida, she met her husband Justen, a chef from Chesterton, IN. After the birth of their first son, the family relocated back to Northwest Indiana to be closer to Justen’s family. Anna and Justen now have two sons who keep her busy. Outside of work, Anna enjoys cycling, walking her dog, and exploring new ways to enhance patient care.
