Carlo Castillo is the facility manager and treating physical therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush - Oak Park and River Grove. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 2002 and received his Certification as an Integrated Manual Therapist from Great Lakes Seminars in 2008, where he also serves as an Assistant Lecturer.
Carlo has extensive experience working with orthopedic patients, utilizing manual therapy combined with functionally based exercises to help them return to their prior functional level. His treatment philosophy focuses on addressing the root cause of problems rather than just symptoms, aiming for long-lasting results.
Carlo values close collaboration with the physicians at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush to ensure optimal care for both non-surgical and surgical patients. He particularly enjoys treating shoulder, spine, SI joint, hip, knee, and ankle injuries.
