Erin Holt is a physical therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, currently practicing at the Chicago clinic. She discovered her passion for returning athletes to their sport while working at the UPMC Sports Complex and with the Pitt Football team in Pittsburgh. Erin completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and Northeastern University, where she worked with Northeastern’s Division 1 athletes, providing venue coverage for women’s soccer, women’s hockey, men’s basketball, and men’s baseball.
During her residency, Erin received specialized training in concussion rehabilitation and taught in Northeastern’s physical therapy department. She also worked the prestigious Boston Marathon, which sparked her interest in treating long-distance runners.
Erin moved to Chicago in 2023 to join MOR and the Sports Physical Therapy Residency program faculty. She specializes in ACL, concussion, running, and hip rehabilitation, and enjoys helping all patients reach and exceed their goals. Outside of work, Erin enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, traveling, and reading.
