Biography

Heather Rennie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Throughout her career, she has specialized in outpatient orthopedics, treating a wide range of surgical and non-surgical pathologies. 

Heather utilizes various techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, functional dry needling, the POSE running method, and functional movement assessment to help patients achieve their fitness goals. 

 An avid traveler and fitness enthusiast, Heather has visited over 40 countries and participated in numerous half marathons, triathlons, and century rides. She has also hiked the highest peak in the continental United States.
