John Hickey, PT, DPT

John Hickey is a Physical Therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in Orland Park. He earned his Bachelor's in Exercise Science (2014) and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2016) from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. During his time at SLU, John gained clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, ICU care, and skilled nursing facilities, working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. 

John employs a needs-based approach to rehabilitation, focusing on helping individuals regain function and improve their quality of life. He has a special interest in treating shoulder and knee injuries, catering to workers, weekend warriors, and athletes of all ages. 

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on his SLU Billikens basketball team, and playing golf.
