Josh Hrudicka is a physical therapist at the Westchester location of Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Illinois State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2021. During his studies, he completed clinical rotations at MOR and Advocate Trinity Hospital.
Josh enjoys working with all patient populations, with a special interest in sports rehabilitation, complex knee injuries, and running-related injuries. He has completed McKenzie level A courses for treating low back pain and lumbar radiculopathies and is certified in Myofascial Decompression therapy for enhanced muscle recovery.
Josh values attention to detail and utilizes evidence-based practice in his approach. Understanding that surgery can be a challenging time for many patients, he takes pride in helping guide them through the experience. He appreciates MOR’s interprofessional approach and strong communication with MDs to optimize patient care.
