Michelle is a physical therapist at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, specializing in the Outpatient in the Home program (OPITH) since 2024. She has been working with orthopedic and sports medicine patients since 2007, with a focus on runners and hip conditions. Michelle has also guided more than 10 students through their clinical rotations.
At Midwest Orthopaedics, Michelle’s primary role involves early recovery for post-operative knee and hip replacements in patients' homes. She emphasizes communication and continuity of care in collaboration with physicians and their teams, aiming to help patients achieve a higher quality of life following their surgeries.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys hiking, traveling to national parks, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
