Rebecca Metcalf is a licensed occupational therapist at MOR, where she has been working since 2018. She began her career as a rehab aide, collaborating closely with the PT/OT department at the Oakbrook clinic. This experience ignited her passion and desire to become a hand therapist. Today, Rebecca is experienced in treating upper extremity conditions, as well as in post-surgical/non-surgical care and custom orthosis fabrication.
She is committed to expanding her clinical expertise through continuing education courses, evidence-based research, and working toward her certified hand therapist credential. Rebecca values working with diverse populations and emphasizes individualized, collaborative, client-centered care. She enjoys teaming with MOR physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys Pilates, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from North Central College.
